Mary Kiesman
From a young age, Mary felt called to be a healer. Her passion grew from watching loved ones navigate the healthcare system and deepened through her own health journey. In 2023, after requiring abdominal surgery, Mary experienced persistent daily pain that affected her ability to live, work, and move comfortably.
One morning, while searching for relief, she discovered shockwave therapy. After her very first treatment, she experienced profound release and unexpected emotional relief — a moment she describes as “tears of joy.” She hadn’t realized how much tension her body had been carrying until shockwave therapy finally eased it. That experience became a turning point, inspiring her to bring this modality to others seeking compassionate, effective support.
Mary is passionate about offering shockwave therapy in a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space, helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they move toward healing. She blends her nursing expertise with a deeply human approach, honouring each person’s story and offering care that meets the whole person — not just their symptoms.
“It would be my privilege to support you.”

Layne Engel graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2024 with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She also holds an additional bachelors degree in Neuroscience from the University of Lethbridge, which is where she first fell in love with nutrition in her Intro to Nutrition class. Layne believes in taking a broader approach to nutrition and diet, focusing on balance, empowerment, and building knowledge to ensure her clients are able to create informed choices and sustainable change. Layne recognizes that nutrition is nuanced, but that much of the information seen online promotes a one-size-fits-all approach. She hopes to support you in finding a balanced approach to nutrition and diet, which allows you to excel in and enjoy other areas of your life. Layne started her career in acute care, covering the neonatal ICU and pediatric inpatient wards and working with inborn errors of metabolism. There she gained experience working with a variety of individuals, ranging from premature infants to adults with varied concerns (such as growth faltering and picky eating to medical conditions requiring tube feeds). Layne focuses on providing empathetic and evidence-based care for all ages and concerns, with a particular interest in pediatrics, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, and overall women’s health. With an individualized approach, she hopes to help you establish and reach achievable goals, for yourself and/or your family.
